S.E.L.F MADE CUSTOMS  does NOT accept returns, we do not give cash or debit refunds nor do we give store credits of any kind

Apologetically,  due to it being out of our control, refunds will not be given for orders damaged during transit or lost by the delivery carrier. In the event of this happening you must file a lost/damaged claim with the carrier responsible.
